Waldemar Sielski
Honorary Chairman & Founder
Currently serving as President of the Management Board of Multis sp. z o.o.; Honorary Chairman of the Bridge to Wellness Global Foundation (previously Multis Multum Foundation). He operates in real estate, IT, finance, and medicine; and is a passionate columnist and promoter of new technologies. In recent years, he has served on several Supervisory Boards in publicly traded companies: Suntech S.A. (currently) and NTTSystem (currently); MCI Management S.A.; Inteliwise S.A.; ABC Data S.A.; and private companies (including Gruper sp. z o.o.; Sport Medica S.A.; Logotec Engineering S.A.)
Hafeez Jacobson
President
Hafeez Jacobson brings over 20 years of global experience across investment banking, private equity, multinational operations, and corporate enterprise leadership. As CEO of Voicesense, he transitioned the company to a scalable SaaS model and led the company’s commercial expansion and operational stabilisation. Under his leadership, Voicesense strengthened its financial position, validated its technology across enterprise customers, and laid the groundwork for integrating into a broader behavioral-AI groups. Hafeez’s background in scaling companies across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, combined with his direct leadership of a profitable, IP-heavy AI business, sets the foundations for Daatra’s transition into a global multi-brand, high-growth platform. He brings governance discipline, capital markets expertise, and cross-regional management experience needed to lead Daatra toward its shareholder value objectives.
Dariusz Adamiuk
Vice President
With over three decades worth of management experience in the financial services sector ranging from Corporate Finance to Investment Banking and to Asset Management fields, Dariusz brings extensive and valuable management experience as the Vice President of the Foundation responsible for international coordination and financials. He is a principal investors in several companies and the Director & Board Member of CE Equity Advisers, Sàrl (Fribourg) and President of VoiceSense Europe Ltd. Earlier in his career he was the CEO of PZU Asset Management SA, Deputy President and CIO of PTE PZU SA, as well as President of ABN AMRO Hoare Govett Corporate Finance Ltd and Head of Investment Banking at ABN AMRO (Polska) SA and Senior Manager, Corporate Finance at Price Waterhouse (Polska) SA. He also served as a supervisory board member at several companies and as a member of several investment committees in CEE/CIS regions incl. the role of a Nominee Director for EBRD.
