Multis Multum Foundation was created on 15th of November 1999.

The Foundation’s statutory goals included:

  • initiating, supporting and carrying out various activities in the fields of education, culture, physical culture and sport that would give children and youth opportunities for better personal development;
  • initiating and carrying out various activities connected with health protection and welfare, as well as professional and social rehabilitation of the disabled, especially children and youth;
  • initiating and carrying out various activities in connection with protection of the environment and cultural heritage,
  • carrying out charity activities.

To reach the goals related to protection of health, on 25 July 2000, the Foundation established the Scientific Committee.

Permanent members of the Scientific Committee included:

  • Prof. Artur Dziak – Chairman,
  • Waldemar Sielski -Vice Chairman,
  • Dr hab. Bogdan Ciszek, M.D. – Secretary.

Physicians, specialists in orthopaedics:

  • Dr Grzegorz Adamczyk,
  • Dr Robert Śmigielski.

One of the aims of the Scientific Committee was carrying out activities related to improvement of health protection and welfare, improvement of professional and social rehabilitation, including support for relevant branches of science and education.

In keeping with this goal, on 17 February 2001, the Committee organised the first Scientific Conference. The Conference was devoted to Pathology and Treatment of Articular Cartilage. Almost 200 physicians and physiotherapists from all over Poland took part in it. The IInd Conference „Injuries of Cruciate Ligaments – Diagnostic, Healing and Remodeling” took place on October 19th 2001.

Multis Multum Foundation and the Scientific Committee prepared and published Acta Clinica Quarterly. Its first issue included papers on treatment of articular cartilage.

Another goal of the Foundation was to help the most talented youth. To this end, the Foundation supported activities helping children to broaden their knowledge, acquire new abilities and exchange experience in Poland and abroad. Multis Multum Foundation established co-operation with Irena Szewińska’s  Vita Activa Foundation and helped in organisation of running events for children and youth.

Also, the Foundation helped to publish two books. These include the first volume of poems by Anna Misiec, a young poet, called „Somewhere between You and Me” and Prof. Wojciech Zabłocki’s „Polish Martial Arts”.

In 2011-2013, a series of 18 lectures (each with approximately 100+ attendees) was held as part of a public health and health promotion project, “Diet in Cancer Prevention.” The lectures and promotional campaign were dedicated to filling the information gap regarding the close relationship between diet and the risk of certain diseases (project commissioned by the Mayor of Warsaw).

In 2011-2012, a series of lectures was presented, “The Way to a Healthy Heart is Through the Stomach.”

In 2014-2015, the Foundation implemented the project “Revitalisation of the Historic Park at the Manor Complex in Babsko” (funded by the Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Łódź).

Since 2014 the Foundation has operated with reduced activity, supporting smaller initiatives. One of the main projects is cooperation with Ms Daria Mejnartowicz, who collects funds for financial resources transferred to projects carried out for NGO beneficiaries in Africa (Madagascar, Uganda, Liberia or other indicated) and Asia (Burmese refugees).

On 4th of July 2025 Ms Mejnartowicz was recognised by the President of the Republic of Poland for her charitable work.

In August 2025, responding to an evolving global landscape, the Foundation chose to refocus its work. We adopted the new name Bridge to Wellness Global Foundation to better capture our expanded vision, while also revising our Mission & Goals. You can read more about that in the “About” section.
